Ummi's Ummah will spend each day highlighting two exceptional mothers a day of  our community, while educating about the mental struggles mothers face everyday. We will talk about selfcare and different coping methods that can be practice to show the importance of a mothers mental health! Nominate your mother for Ummi's Ummah Mother's Day. We will meet at Duke Garden on May 07, 2022. Each mother that is selected will receive a gift bag. Also for the Mothers that has passed away a balloon release will be performed.
